Song #2 Home Sweet Home
The curtain opens and we're looking at the inside of a spacious house. We're downstairs, looking from the back of the house forward toward the front door. The house is empty of furniture. There's a wide open room covering the entire downstairs, with a staircase and banister on the right side of the room. Upstairs, in the front of the house, above the front door, are 3 rooms with a hallway/balcony and a railing outside the rooms running the full width of the house overlooking the spacious first floor.

The front door opens and 3 people enter the house, a young couple and a realtor. The realtor shows them in, goes over a few of the facts about the house and suggests they take a good look around the place while he excuses himself to go outside and catch up on a little paperwork on the front porch swing. As soon as the realtor disappears outside the young couple, Kyle and Monica, look at each other in knowing agreement. This is it. This is where they want to start their family. Monica is already early in her pregnancy, not yet showing.
The music starts...
(Kyle and Monica are very excited as they dance their way through the house throughout the song. They start downstairs, and by the second verse they're heading upstairs. As they sing about their plans for the rooms the movers are actually moving everything in right in front of us, choreographed all in the span of a 3 minute song. The crib is set up in the nursery in the far right room upstairs. Kyle's office is in the middle room, and the room to the far left becomes the master bedroom. A baby grand piano is rolled in and placed on the left side of the lower floor. While the choreographed movers furnish the house, the happy couple sing and dance throughout.)

(During the musical interlude, the happy couple dance on the balcony and stairs culminating in Kyle catching Monica at the bottom of her slide down the banister coinciding with the guitar sliding down toward the end of the interlude. Just as they get to the bottom of the stairs the realtor walks back in the front door. Now they sing to him/her...)
It's just what we're looking for
So if you please
Schedule the closing and drop off the keys
It's quite the occasion
I think you'll agree
We found a place we can call all our own
We'll call it our home
Home sweet home
(All 3 of them head for the front door to leave. The realtor goes out first and as Kyle and Monica walk out the door they give one last approving look back in as they close the door behind them on the last note of the song.)
Lyrics

It's just what we're looking for
So if you please
Open the window
Let's feel the ocean breeze
The yard is beautiful with all the trees
We found a place we can call all our own
We'll call it our home
Home sweet home
(Moving upstairs...)
Come take a look at this
You won't believe
Another window with a view you've gotta see
Look at these closets
Check out the floors
I don't believe we could ever ask for more
We'll call it our home
Home sweet home
(On the upstairs balcony)
And I think they'll be room for an office for me
Looking out at the sea
And there's plenty of space for the piano for me
So when you're playing
We'll be staying
Right where we're meant to be
We'll put the crib in here
Look at the light
Then he can listen to the waves break at night
It's such a cozy room
So he just might
Sleep like a baby in a house all his own
He'll call it his home
Home sweet home
